In addition, planning is necessary for health. The activities that you plan to accomplish may involve a number of physical activities, mental activities or both. To become mentally healthy, you must do some thinking, particularly active thinking, also to do some creative things, such as painting or writing. Planning may take place in free time or it may take place while at work.

Living independently isn’t easy. There may be times when you feel like giving up. However, despite these times, you should not give up as you cannot cope. It takes determination and discipline to call home an independent lifestyle.
